<p><p><font color="#595959">When you're defining your campaign, you have the option of creating specific items like a poster, yard sign or flyer, or you can simply create a <a href="/qr-codes/learning-center/getting-started/what-is-a-qr-code.shtml">QR code</a> that you can use on your own materials.</font></p><p><font color="#595959">If you just want to <a href="/qr-codes/learning-center/getting-started/five-things-to-look-for-when-choosing-a-qr-code-generator.shtml">create a QR code</a>, here's how you go about it:</font></p><br /><h2><strong><font color="#338289">To create a QR code:</font></strong></h2><br /><ul><li><font color="#595959">Under the Layout tab, decide whether or not you want text to appear alongside your QR code. If you don't want any accompanying text, simply select "No Text"</font></li><li><font color="#595959">Choose a size for your QR code.</font></li><li><font color="#595959">Under the Background tab, decide where you'd like to have your text appear (if you've chosen to add text).</font></li><li><font color="#595959">Finally, add your call-to-action. It could be a message driving customers to your website, a special discount or to your Facebook page.</font></li></ul><p><font color="#595959">If you've decided that you want to create either a poster, yard sign or flyer, you'll also need to design the mobile page that these channels are going to link to once users scan your QR code.</font></p><br /><h2><strong><font color="#338289">To design a mobile page:</font></strong></h2><br /><ul><li><font color="#595959">Under the Banner tab, click on the Image icon to upload your logo file. If you have more than one logo that you'd like to use for other QR marketing campaigns, you can manage them on our system with our Manage Logos tool.</font></li><li><font color="#595959">To add Text to your mobile page, click on the Text icon and input your copy.</font></li><li><font color="#595959">Depending on whether you're adding a coupon, event information or general information, you'll need to click on the Coupon/Event Information/Information tab.</font></li><li><font color="#595959">You can either choose one of the templates provided or go with a clear background.</font></li><li><font color="#595959">Type your message. For example, if you're offering a coupon, you could say, "Use this coupon to receive a XX% discount on Product XYZ". Again, you can customize the message by choosing font, size and color.</font></li><li><font color="#595959">If you'd like to collect an email address, click the box indicating "Customer must provide their information to receive more information" .</font></li></ul><p><font color="#595959">You also have the option of adding a URL or phone number to your mobile page. And if you want to connect the user to a social media site (YouTube, Twitter or Facebook), you can add a button to your mobile page by clicking on the appropriate icon.</font></p><font color="#595959">Since you don't have a lot of space to add a large amount of copy, you'll want to be sure you get your message across clearly and succinctly.
