Postage funding and payment options
Postage is either prepaid or billed by a statement. When postage is billed, Pitney Bowes pays USPS in full, and sends a statement to you for repayment based upon the terms provided. The postage funding options are PitneyWorks® line of credit or Postage by Phone® prepaid account.
PitneyWorks
PitneyWorks is a credit line that allows you to pay for postage, rental, service , shipping charges, and supplies through a single account. You don't need to prepay, and you can receive one monthly statement with details for each transaction.
Postage By Phone
Postage By Phone is a prepaid account for funding postage. If you have prepaid funds in your Postage by Phone Account and available credit in PitneyWorks, the funds are drawn from your prepaid account first when refilling postage.
