If our tax department already has your tax certificate, your order will NOT be charged tax even though the tax value appears on this online order.

The Pitney Bowes Tax Department requires that a valid tax certificate be on file with the tax department prior to changing the exemption status.
Please fax a copy of the tax certificate to 203-749-7599 with the 11-digit account number written at the top of the certificate copy.
Once your certificate has been received and validated, the tax status will be updated accordingly.
Please do NOT fax orders to this number for they will be unable to process them. Thank you.
