"Failed" message when viewing ERR signatures in the View App in SendPro Enterprise

Issue

When attempting to view ERR signatures in the View App, when clicking the Proof of Delivery tab, the message "Failed" appears.

Cause

The user that is signed in does not have permission to the USPS ERR account that received the signature.

Resolution

  1. Sign in with a user that has access to ship with the USPS ERR account under which the signature was processed.
  2. Open the View App, search for the tracking number or unique identifier and select the Proof of Delivery tab.
  3. Download the signature for future use.
