Voiding Shipments in the SendPro Enterprise Desktop App
Products affected: SendPro® Enterprise
- From the Desktop App landing page, click View Shipments.
- Enter the desired search criteria then click Search.
- Locate the desired shipment in the grid and click on it to view the details.
- To void a shipment:
- In the left panel, click VOID COMPLETE SHIPMENT. This will void the entire shipment including all associated packages.
Important: This cannot be undone. - Click Yes at the confirmation prompt.

- To void a package:
- Use the navigation arrows at the bottom of the right panel to locate the package to be voided, then click VOID PACKAGE. This will only void the package but not the shipment.
