Issue

When running a PDF report in the SendPro® Enterprise reports app, the message "Requests to the server have been blocked by an extension." is displayed. The report can be downloaded and viewed on the computer, but the viewer within the browser does not display the PDF document.

Cause

This is due to an environmental or settings change in the browser.

Resolution

Contact software support to update to SendPro Enterprise v.8.32 using Reports App version 1.5.

With IT approval, install the PDF Viewer extension for Chrome.

If you are using Chrome, try Internet Explorer, or vice versa. Consult with your local IT department to determine why the original browser cannot display PDF documents.
