The Pitney Bowes DocuMatch™ Integrated Mail System takes an original document from your Windows™ based personal computer and turns it into a finished, properly addressed, matched mailpiece in a sealed envelope.

It prints personalized documents and matching envelopes, adds preprinted sheets, accumulates, folds, adds another insert, inserts the complete mailpiece into the matching envelope, and seals it - all in one operation. And DocuMatch™ delivers much greater accuracy than you can ever get by hand.

DocuMatch™/SmartMailer™ Manages Your List

Combined with Pitney Bowes SmartMailer™ Addressing Software, DocuMatch™ provides an integrated system that connects to your personal computer, takes input from your Windows® based application, and delivers finished mailpieces.

SmartMailer™ helps you to target recipients and to get your mail delivered at the lowest possible cost.

• Correct addresses and add ZIP+4® Code.
• Presort mail, print tray labels, traying instructions and postal forms.
• Eliminate duplicates.

DocuMatch™ Prints Your Mailpiece

• DocuMatch™ generates documents on your 8.5" x 11" letterhead preprinted forms or bond paper (20-241b.).
• Its 600-dpi laser printer includes two 500-sheet feeders - so you can load letterhead and second sheets, or vary the paper stock forms depending on your needs.

• The DocuMatch™ envelope printer, a 300-dpi inkjet prints exclusively on #10 envelopes.
• You can turn off the envelope printer and use window envelopes instead.

DocuMatch™ Finishes Your Mailpiece

• Feeds one or two 8 1/2" x 11" sheets - 50-80 lb. offset (smooth matte or glossy finish) or 20-24 lb. bond paper.
• Accumulates up to 4 pages from the laser printer or sheet feeders.
• Folds in C" or 7" format.
• Adds an insert, from the size of a postcard to a 9" envelope, or "C" folded item.
• Allows you to seal envelopes selectively.
• Offsets envelopes at ZIP breaks or for quality control checks at other intervals you select.
• Stacks up to 500 single page letters - equal to a standard postal tray.
• Automatically regenerates any mail that is incorrect.
