  • SLA Manager – Streamlines service-level agreement (SLA) reporting for both jobs and individual mail pieces. Helps ensure SLA requirements are met.
  • Proof of Mailing – Confirms mailing of important documents, displaying step-by-step routing through the USPS® delivery network. An affordable option for regulated or high-value mailings.
  • Payments Tracker – Helps control call center and collection costs. Provides visibility into the outbound bill and inbound payment mail streams.


Barcode Generation
OnRoute™ allows you to generate a unique mail piece identifier, so you can track individual mail pieces at every step. You can create USPS® PLANET® Codes or OneCode barcodes for each piece within a job, fully meeting compliance to United States Postal Service regulations.

Mail Tracking & Data Management
OnRoute™ provides sophisticated data management capabilities so you can view delivery details for an entire campaign or a single letter. You can track upstream production events, even before pieces hit the USPS®, including service bureau and presort vendor activities. You can also capture mailing statistics from USPS® Confirm® data, as well as our enriched track-and-trace technology. These geographical aggregate views provide a simple visual presentation of mailing job performance, and custom reports can be developed to meet changing requirements.
