EngageOne Interactive reduces the preparation time per document, allowing your team to handle more customer inquiries in a shorter time frame, thereby reducing costs and increasing customer satisfaction. The innovative, truly interactive, Web-based WYSIWYG document editor lets front-line users create communications in-context of the document itself. Users are prompted for information relative to the document that is immediately populated, without having to go to other locations to preview.

EngageOne™ features a scalable architecture that supports a multitude of users and makes creating and managing interactive content extraordinarily easy, simple to deploy and a breeze to integrate. EngageOne consists of the following four components:

  • Template Designer defines document templates, optional content objects, interactive data prompts and content protection.
  • EngageOne Interactive Correspondent provides the web-based interface where frontline users create and modify personalized documents and distribute to various delivery channels.
  • EngageOne Administrator manages several key functions: template organization and workflows; delivery channels, including managing batch jobs; and general system administration. 
  • EngageOne Server provides a full complement of web services to access the features from a front-end business system.

  • Business users generate communications with templates that define the branding elements of the document, protected content, as well as end-user interactivity. Interactive features include the ability to define interactive data prompts, editable content and pre-canned paragraphs for end-user selection.

Through its web-based WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) document editor, front-office users can easily create communications in the context of the document itself. Users are prompted for relevant that is instantly populated, without having to go to other locations. The interactive editor presents the document exactly as it will be printed to ensure quality.
