• Leveraging Your Personal Management Style - Know Thyself (DiSC) – You will have the opportunity to assess your management style and understand the work style of those you manage. You will gain insights on directing and delegating, motivation, developing others, and working with your manager.

• Hiring and Interviewing – This session discusses best practices for hiring new employees using the STAR technique.

• Where Do You Stand? – Learn where you stand relative to industry best practices, mailing and shipping volumes, compensation, and more!
