Streamline the Mail Center
Upon receipt from a carrier, your mail center staff enters each item into the Arrival system using simple onscreen forms or by scanning barcodes to automatically capture delivery date and time, carrier ID, and sender and addressee information. The mail staff subsequently logs each item's delivery progress using portable data collectors, barcode readers or data-entry terminals to note arrival at corporate mail stops, placement in the addressee's mailbox, or acceptance by an individual. Arrival. can even capture and archive the name and signature of the person who accepts each delivery.
By itself, automated parcel-receipt and -delivery logging with Arrival® can save your mail center staff significant amounts of time - time better spent speeding urgent parcels to their addressees. But Arrival® increases mail-center efficiency in several other ways as well:
- Arrival® can generate custom delivery manifests that prioritize deliveries by department, mail stop or delivery route, to reduce total delivery times and improve service to internal customers.
- Built-in professional-quality report templates make it easy for mail-center staff to manage late or missing shipments or items that arrive damaged.
- Arrival® can compile detailed logs of every package that comes through the door, and its flexible reporting tools let you analyze delivery performance to help detect recurrent delivery problems and keep employees, carriers, and trading partners accountable.
- Optional Arrival® Imaging makes it easy to scan digital photos of damaged items for documentation purposes, or to email images of questionable or suspect packages to addressees.
- Arrival® LobbyTrac™ option uses Arrival® check-in and check-out capabilities and its standard employee and customer databases to provide electronic visitor logging and professional, cost-effective custom visitor-badge production.
Keep Recipients in the Loop
Optional Arrival® DesktopExpress lets employees track items' progress through the internal-delivery system using their Web browsers, and lets them use Mail Center Alerts to issue special delivery instructions or request automatic notification when a package reaches the mail center. Alerts can be set up for specific tracking numbers, addresses, senders, carriers or purchase orders.
Track Visitors as Well as Packages Arrival® LobbyTrac™, an optional Arrival® extension that's also available for standalone use, makes visitor sign-in books obsolete. LobbyTrac™ applies the check-in, check-out and employee-notification capabilities of Arrival® to office visitors, and also produces high-quality temporary photo-ID badges.
Hassle-free flexibility
Arrival® software is designed to support even the most complex corporate mail center without sacrificing easy installation and configuration. Our trademark installation process ensures quick implementation and minimal interruption to existing operations, so you get the results you need, quickly and without unpleasant surprises.
