New USPS Postage Rates
New USPS postage rates took effect May 11, 2009. Changes include a two-cent increase in the cost of single-piece, First-Class Mail® letters and a five-cent increase in the cost of single-piece, First-Class Mail flats. (Rates for shipping services, which increased on January 18, 2009, remain unchanged.)
