Local Community Support

Teams of employees volunteer in their communities, including support for local Habitat for Humanity organizations.

Giving at the local level is managed by employee committees that work together to determine the best community uses for our charitable funds.

An Emphasis on Education

Our committees direct seventy percent of our funds to literacy and education.  Supporting programs that serve minority and low-income students is their first priority.  Most funds are directed to the communities in which our employees work and live.

Serving the Community

Thirty percent of our charitable giving is allocated by our committees to other pressing community needs, such as funding job readiness programs at local homeless shelters and arts and culture programs, which are made available at no cost to underserved youth. Support is often directed toward causes for which our employees volunteer their services.
