The focus of this program is four-fold: 

  • Maintaining the well-being of our employees, customer relationships and brand
  • Communicating with employees and customers
  • Enabling continued operations
  • Managing risk

The components of our program include preparedness, continuity of business and crisis management.  The program is lead by a Fellow of the Business Continuity Institute and is supported by a dedicated team of full-time professionals and staff from across all areas of our corporation.

We continuously evaluate and upgrade our program to ensure our best possible response to any realized or potential disruption of business.
