GENERAL INFORMATION. Customer shall be liable for any charges incurred by Pitney Bowes for returned checks. Any partial payment of an outstanding balance will not be considered a novation and any term(s) a customer seeks to add in a document or otherwise that conflict with or add to these terms and conditions is expressly rejected by Pitney Bowes.

PRICING: All prices are subject to change and products are subject to availability. Pitney Bowes is not responsible for printing or typographical errors.

LATE CHARGES. You agree to pay your bill in accordance with the terms stated. As additional costs result from late payment, the computation of which is extremely difficult and impractical to determine, you further agree that if your payment is not received by Pitney Bowes within forty (40) days past the invoice date or the applicable invoice due date, whichever is later, Pitney Bowes may impose as reasonable liquidated damages a one time charge of six percent (6%) of the total outstanding invoice balance.

RETURNS, FOR PURCHASES DIRECT FROM THE PB SUPPLY LINE: For purchases of equipment and non-consumable supplies, returns are accepted within 90 days of purchase. Consumable supplies may be returned within 90 days of purchase if unused and unopened or defective. After 90 days, but within 1 year, returns will be accepted on any defective items. If there is an upgrade of equipment, unused, unopened consumable supplies may be eligible for credit. Only the most recent is eligible, and if the order is over 1 year old, but not greater than 2 years, the maximum credit is 50% of the original purchase. No returns are accepted on custom-designed equipment or accessories. Please contact the PB Supply Line directly for information regarding upgrade credits or to arrange for a return authorization. THE RETURN POLICY FOR EQUIPMENT, POSTAGE METERS AND/OR SOFTWARE PURCHASED, RENTED, LEASED OR LICENSED THROUGH OTHER PITNEY BOWES SALES CHANNELS IS SET FORTH IN YOUR APPLICABLE PURCHASE, LICENSE, LEASE AND/OR RENTAL AGREEMENT.

SALES TAX: By law, Pitney Bowes is required to collect and remit sales tax if applicable.
