| If you are unable to locate your machine, try clicking on "Not sure which machine type you have?" to view pictures of our equipment. If you are still unable to determine your machine type, check the following: Some models are part of a series. For example, E520 and 6210 are part of the E Series and 6200 series. Check the list of machine types for a series that may contain your model number. The model you're looking for may not be the actual piece of equipment that uses supplies. For example, postage machines are sometimes comprised of multiple pieces of equipment. A meter, which sits on top, actually holds the funds or postage. The mailing machine, which is the bottom of the unit is the part of machine that contains the supplies such as Ink, Tape and E-Z Seal®.
