Delivery Options
All envelope orders are printed within 14 days of receipt of order. We offer the following delivery methods for your envelope purchases:
- Ground: Delivery in 7 – 10 business days after envelopes are printed
- 2nd Day: Delivery in 2 business days after envelopes are printed
- Overnight: Delivered by the next business day after the envelopes are printed
Charges
You will not be charged until your envelopes are shipped

Management:
We'll help you choose the right envelope for your application and design it… then we'll print it and store it for you. We'll also manage your artwork so reordering is easy.
Design:
If we don't have it in stock, we'll make it. We have a wide variety of envelope designs and paper stocks. If we don't have what you need, we'll get it for you…and it will still work with your Pitney Bowes equipment.
Printing:
Make a splash! Offset printing up to 6-color process – in your company's color scheme – will make your envelopes stand out. Economical in-line (flexo) printing is also available.
Inventory:
Save money! Take advantage of bulk pricing rates – without keeping a large inventory on-site. Pitney Bowes can produce your envelopes and store them in our facility and then send you the quantity you need, when you need it – nationwide, next day or next week. Ask about our autoship program.
