Check the rates status on your franking machine

Due to increased demand, please wait one hour between updating your meter and checking your rates status.

  • Alternatively, you may repeat the rate update steps.
  • If there is no update available, your meter is up to date and the new rates will activate on the effective date.

In order to complete the download process, please reconnect your meter to the data center by doing a balance inquiry (check PbP balance) prior to using the status checker below.

Visit Rate Change Central to find answers to your rate change questions or get the details on how to update your franking machine.

Connect + and SendPro P Series

You can find both your meter's model (e.g. MSF1 1W20) and the "Feeder Serial #" (usually 05xxxxx or 13xxxxx) under Settings > Hardware > General.

Alternatively, you can check the update status on the meter itself, as follows:

  1. Select the Rates and Updates button from the Home screen. The system will check for updates.

  2. Select Updates History to view a list of the updates that have installed on your system.

    You will see the title, size, effective date and installation date of each installed update.

  3. Select Done to return to the Home screen.
