Litigation and Document Management
Managing massive amounts of information is an everyday challenge for government departments. We accelerate the transition of physical documents to digital records allowing users to quickly archive, index and access records while increasing security and compliance, and providing real-time response to requests for information. We provide comprehensive litigation support and e-Discovery (link to ediscovery--not provided) solutions for our government customers via our National Processing Center (NPC) in Grand Rapids, MI. In order to provide quicker turnaround on litigation support projects to the federal marketplace, we have opened the Federal Litigation Support Center in downtown Washington, D.C. From these locations we have the monthly capacity to process 20TB, image 6M pages, code 3M pages, and print 6M pages. These are supported by Document Solution Centers across the country where we can scan and OCR documents and perform litigation copying. Our operations and project management teams average over 10 years of e-Discovery and litigation support experience. Having processed well over 4,000 projects for our clients, Pitney Bowes has the experience and the capacity to handle matters of any size and complexity.

Data transfer security
We offer secure FTP for moving client data to and from our facilities. We can also encrypt data. We track documents from receipt to delivery, offering a defensible chain of custody to ensure our client’s evidence is always accounted for.
